1. You give us your vote

In our political negotiations, one thing counts above all: how many people support what we stand for? The larger NABU's membership throughout Germany, the better its negotiating basis in Berlin and Brussels when it comes to climate and marine protection, nature-friendly agriculture and much more.

2. We protect nature on your doorstep

Admittedly, climate and marine protection seem quite far away in Aachen. But NABU Aachen does practical nature conservation work right here on your doorstep. Whether in Brander Wald, Indetal, Laurensberg or Kornelimünster, we are committed to the preservation of local natural landscapes and animal and plant species in Aachen. Your membership fee supports us in this important work.

3. Becoming active

... is of course not a must, but it's easy to do. Join our working groups on butterflies, ornithology or wild bees, go on excursions or help with work in our protected areas. (Events) Young and old are welcome at our various events - even without membership.

4. The magazine "Naturschutz heute"

The informative NABU magazine "Naturschutz heute" is sent to you four times a year. This keeps you up to date on everything to do with nature conservation and environmental protection.

5. You meet other nature lovers

With us you will find like-minded people and can experience nature together.
